Berried Delight (Strawberry Dessert)

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 T. milk
- 3 ½ cups Cool Whip, thawed
- 2 pts. strawberries, hulled and halved**
- 2 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-o Vanilla flavor instant pudding ( reg. or sugar free)
- 3 ½ cups cold milk*

Step 1
1. Combine crumbs, ¼ cup sugar and melted butter. Press firmly into bottom of a 13x9-inch pan. Chill.
2. Beat cream cheese with ¼ cup sugar and 2 T milk until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over crust. Arrange strawberries in even layer.
3. Using 3 ½ cups cold milk, prepare pudding as directed on package. Pour over berries. Chill several hours or overnight.
4. Shortly before serving, spread remaining whipped topping over pudding. Garnish with additional strawberries, if desired; chill. Makes 15 servings.
* Or use 1 pkg (6 serving size) instant pudding and 2 ½ cups cold milk.
** Can also use 3 bananas, or 4 cups sliced fresh peaches or 1 can (20-oz.) crushed pineapple, drained.
