Ingredients
- 2 lbs linguine
- 2 cans baby clams
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 6 oz. white wine
- 1-28 oz. can italian tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp each oregano and basil
- pinch of red chili peppers
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup chicken and beef broth
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions and garlic until onions are transparent. Add clams, wine, tomatoes, parsley, oregano, basil, chili peppers, vegetable oil, chicken and beef broth, butter, salt and pepper. Boil gently until reduced in volume by 1/4. Turn heat off. Boil linguine. Combine and serve.
