Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can refried beans
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- flour tortillas
- 1 jar salsa
- sour cream
- cream of chicken soup

Preparation
Step 1
Cook beef, drain. Stir in taco seasoning & water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer. Stir in rice, cook & stir until liquid evaporates. Spread refried beans, 1/4 cup beef mix, and cheese down center of tortillas. Place in baking dish.
Combine salsa, soup, and sour cream. Poor down top of enchiladas.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 min.
