Prime Rib Rub

For a 5-7 lb prime rib roast

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 6-8 cloves of garlic
• 1 packet of roasted onion dip mix (or onion soup mix)e
• 3 T. chopped rosemary
• salt and pepper

Step 1

Blend together in food processor and rub on prime rib. Cook according to size and desired doneness.
