Layered Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 large white potatoes, peeled, chopped and cooked
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled, chopped and cooked
- 1 tub (8 oz) Philly Chive & Onion Cream Cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup sour cream, divided (1/4 cup & 1/4 cup)
- 1/4 tsp each, salt & pepper
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- DOUBLED; 8 white potatoes, 4 sweet potatoes, 2 tubs cream cheese, 1 cup sour cream, 1/2 tsp S&P, 1/2 c parmesan, 1/2 cup cheddar

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Place drained potatoes in the two separate pots they were boiled in.
To each pot add 1/2 tub cream cheese, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1/8 tsp salt and pepper.
Mix with hand blender until smooth.
Mix 1/8 cup parmesan cheese to white potatoes.
Mix 1/8 cup cheddar cheese to sweet potatoes.
In a glass baking bowl, layer white then sweet then white then sweet potatoes.
Bake 15 minutes, sprinkle with remaining cheeses and bake 5 more minutes
I usually double the recipe.
