Caramel Apple Cake

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. white cake mix
- 1 pkg. (4 serving size) French Vanilla Jell-O instant
- 1 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 medium apples (Granny Smith), peeled, coarsely chopped
- 20 caramels unwrapped
- 3 TBSP. milk

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Greast and flour 12 cup fluted tube pan or 10 inch tube pan.
3. Beat cake mix, dry pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in large bowl on low speed until blended. Beat on high speed another 2 minutes.
4. Gently stir in apples
5. Pour into prepared pan
6. Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour or until done. Cool 20 minutes, remove from pan.
7. Microwave caramels and milk on high for 1.5 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until blended. Cool 10 minutes until slightly thickened.
8. Drizzle caramel sauce over cake and enjoy.
