Spinach and Mushroom Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c veg oil
  • 1/4 c vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 6 oz sliced red onions
  • 6 oz sliced white mushrooms
  • 3 slices of bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1 hard boiled egg,sliced
  • 1 can mandarin oranges,drained
  • 1 pkg baby spinach

Preparation

Step 1

Combine oil,vinegar,salt, pepper and garlic in a small glass bottle
Shake until mixed
Spread the rest of the ingredients over a bed of baby spinach
Pour dressing over and toss the salad
You could serve the dressing on the side
