Ingredients

  • 1 cup Seedless Grapes ( combination of both red and green Grapes)

  • ¼ Olive or Canola Oil

  • 1 tbsp. White Wine Vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice

  • ¼ tsp. Dried Tarragon (or can use 1 tbsp. Fresh)

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • 1 Quart of torn salad Greens ( your choice )

  • ½ cup Toasted Walnuts

  • ⅓ cup Parm. Cheese

Directions

1.Whisk together Oil,Vinegar,Lemon Juice, Tarragon and Salt and Pepper. 2.Toss Greens, Grapes Nuts and Cheese together. 3.JUST prior to serving dress lightly with dressing above.
