Ingredients
- 500g dried dates
- 1 cup whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup almond or natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ground almonds to roll balls in

Step 1
Chop dates along with protein powder in a food processor. Gradually add all of the other ingredients (except almonds) until well blended.
Shape into balls and roll in almonds. Makes about 48. Store in freezer.
