Ingredients
- 3 cans black-eyed peas, drained (use seasoned if you can find it)
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup jalapeno pepper (I used canned)
- 1 cup Wishbone Italian Robusto salad dressing 1 small jar pimentos, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can drained corn
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Mix and refrigerate overnight. Serve with chips (I think Fritos tase best with this). Will keep for about 7 days in the frig.
