Ingredients
- Pork Loin or roast, any size. at least a couple pounds to feed the family. If at the Fire house, 1 pound per person standard.
- 1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
- 4 Hamburger buns

Preparation
Step 1
•Wrap the Pork, smothered in BBQ sauce, in cling wrap. Wrap it tight and secure, you don't want it to leak out all over the stove.
•Wrap the whole thing in foil, tight again.
•Place on a cookie sheet or in a shallow pan and cook in preheated oven at 300 degrees for minimum of 3 1/2 hours; 1 hour per pound.
Once the pork is done you can shred it with a fork as soon as it's out of the oven, and pile it on your sandwich
