Ingredients
- Crab Imperial:
- 1 lb Phillips Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Old Bay
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 3 oz mayonnaise
- 1 tsp melted butter
- Imperial Sauce:
- 3 oz mayonnaise
- 1 oz half n half
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay
- 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- 4 ramekins for baking
- pinch of paprika

Step 1
Combine all ingredients for Crab Imperial except crab meat and whip until smooth. Put crab meat into a separate mixing bowl and pour crab imperial sauce over crab meat. Gently blend all ingredients avoiding breaking lump crab meat apart.
Place 4 oz into each ramekin and bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for imperial sauce aand whip until smooth.
Top each ramekin with imperial sauce and a pinch of paprika.
Place under broiler until golden brown.
