Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork (boneless)
- 3 cans coke (not diet)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- dash of garlic salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 can sliced green chilies
- 3/4 can RED enchilada sauce (Old El Paso brand is preferred)
- 1 cup brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Mix 1/2 can of coke and 1/4 cup brown sugar. Place pork in mixture to marinade overnight.
Drain marinade and put pork, 1/2 can of coke, water, and garlic salt into crockpot on high for about 3-4 hours (or until it shreds easily).
Remove pork from crockpot and drain any liquid left in the pot. Shred pork.
Blend 1/2 can Coke, chilies, enchilada sauce and remaining brown sugar (1 cup). If it looks too thick add Coke little by little.
Turn crockpot to low and cook for two more hours.
