Ingredients
- 2 - 15 oz cans whole kernel corn - drained well
- (3 cups fresh or thawed frozen corn works as well)
- 1 - 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 1 TBSP baking powder

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 and generously butter a 9 x 13 baking dish. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour into prepared dish. Bake uncovered for 40 to 50 minutes until golden brown and center is set. Cool 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
Note: Can add fresh corn from about 2 ears after blending.
