Ingredients
- 2 cups elbo macaroni uncooked
- 6 tbsp butter divided
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 dashes pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 3 cups shredded cheese( 1 cup each of chedder, Mozzarella and velveeta or your choice)
- 1 med onion chopped
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni as directed
heat 3 tbsp butter and saute onion until the are translucent. Place in a bowl and save
Heat the remaining butter, add flour and stir to make the rou. Add the milk, dry mustard, and salt and pepper. Stir until blended well.
Place cheese in 9x12 pan. Pour drained macaroni into pan.
Pour the milk mixture and the onions into pan and stir until all is blended. top with bread crumbs and maybe some Parmason cheese.
Heat in a 350 degree oven for 30 min or until the top start to slightly brown
