- 1/2 CUP BUTTER
- 2 CUPS SUGAR
- 3 EGGS
- 1 TSP BAKING SODA
- 1 1/2 CUPS MASHED BANANAS
- 1 TSP VANILLA
- 2 CUPS FLOUR
- PINCH OF SALT

Step 1
CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR TILL LIGHT AND FLUFFY. ADD EGGS ONE AT A TIME MIXING WELL AFTER EACH ADDITION. ADD BANANAS AND VANILLA. COMBINE ALL DRY INGREDIENTS AND TO CREAM MIXTURE BLEND WELL. POUR INTO A GREASED 15x10x1 PAN. BAKE FOR 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL TESTS DONE IN THE CENTER WITH A TOOTHPICK. COOL AFTER COOLED, FROST WITH ICING 1/2 CUP BUTTER
1 PACKAGE OF CREAM CHEESE (SOFTENED)
4 CUPS POWDERED SUGAR
2 TSP. VANILLA
