Ingredients
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 2 cups fresh whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 1/2 red bell pepper, minced
- 3 scallions, sliced
- 1/4 cup fat free mayo
- 2 lg. eggs
- 1 lg. egg white
- 10 dashes hot sauce
- 1/2 t. celery salt
- 1/4 t. pepper

Step 1
Preheat Oven: 450 degrees and coat 12 muffin tins with cooking spray.
Mix: all ingredients until well combined. Divide evenly into muffin pans and Bake.
Garnish: with lemon wedges (optional)
