Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless pork tenderloin
  • 2 TB soy sauce
  • 1 c beef broth
  • 1 c sliced onion
  • 2 c sliced celery
  • 2 ½ TB cornstarch
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • 1 TB molasses
  • ¼ c water
  • 1 16 oz can bean sprouts
  • (or use 1 can chop suey vegetables and bean sprouts and water chestnuts)

Preparation

Step 1

Cut pork into 1” strips, 14” thick.. Spray large frying pan with Pam and brown pork. Add next 5 ingredients, cover and simmer 5 - 10 minutes. Meanwhile mix cornstarch, ginger, molasses, and water. Stir into hot mixture and cook until thickened. Add bean sprouts and heat thoroughly. Serve over noodles, rice, or chop suey noodles.
