Ingredients

  • 4 -5 lb pork roast
  • 1 lg clove garlic thinly sliced
  • 2 med onions thinly sliced
  • 1 whole clove
  • 1 C hot water
  • 2 T Worchestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

- Salt and pepper roast; make tiny slits in meat and insert slivers of garlic
- Put one sliced onion on bottom and put roast on top
- Add other ingredients; cover and cook 10 hours til done

- For gravy: remove roast, onions, clove; in separate bowl, combine 2 T cold water w/ 2 T cornstarch; stir into liquid in crockpot until thickened.
