Ingredients
- 1-2 bunches of broccoli, cut into small pieces
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 cup reduced-fat grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
- sugar substitute to equal 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbs. apple cider vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, mix broccoli, onion, cheese and bacon.
Whisk together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
Pour over broccoli mixture, toss to coat.
Refrigerate before serving.
