  • 6 tsp dried marjoram leaves
  • 6 tsp salt
  • 6 tsp pepper

  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme leaves

Mix together and rub on roast. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate 12 to 24 hrs.
