Ingredients
- 1 head chinese lettuce or nappa cabbage
- 4 green onions
- 1 pkg mr noodle broken up
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup seasame seeds (if you can't find these sunflower seeds work)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 3 tbsp soya sauce

Preparation
Step 1
1 - chop lettuce and onions into bite size pieces
2- mix noodles seasame seeds and melted butter spread on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10 mins or until brown, let cool
3- mix well olive oil ,sugar, vinegar soya sauce, heat just until sugar melts, let cool
mix all together just before serving
