- 1 pound mushrooms sliced
- 2 medium onions cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Step 1
Melt the butter and oil in a frying pan, add mushroom and onions. Saute at medium heat until mushrooms are a little brown and the onions are nice and soft, about 20 minutes.
Add Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt. The mixture will thicken and it's ready to serve.
