- shrimp
- melted butter
- Salt & Pepper
- Pecante sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter to at least 1/4 " deep in pan.
salt and pepper the shrimp
Lay in the butter.
Pour picante over shrimp and cook SLOWLY.

This can be done on an outside grill.
Put a large sheet of aluminum on grill.
Raise the sides to hole juices.
Cook slowly.
