Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless beef,sliced 1/4" thick
  • 1 /2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 c sliced onion rings
  • 1/4 c soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Combine soy sauce,lemon juice and pepper
Pour over beef slices
Mix well
Marinate for a couple of hours
Saute onion in hot oil until transparent
Transfer to platter
Increase heat to medium high and an fry beef slices a few at a time until browned on both sides
Serve hot with sauteed onions
Serves 6
