  • 4 lbs. rump roast
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 t. pepper
  • 1 t. oregano
  • 1 t. basil
  • 1 t. parsley
  • 1 t. garlic powder
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 pkg. Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing
  • 3 c. water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except roast in saucepan, bring to boil and pour over meat in crock pot. Cook low for 10-12 hours. Shred meat and return to heat again.

Or :
After 12 hours of cooking, take ceramic part of crock pot and put in fridge overnight. Slice and then return to crock for 3-4 hours and serve on rolls.
