Ingredients
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
- 6 tart apples peeled
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- confectioners sugar
- 1 fool proof pie crust or prepared pillsbury pie crust

Preparation
Step 1
1) Brush rolled out pie crust - should be in oblong shape with melted butter
2) Sprinkle 2/3 of the bread crubms over the dough
3) Mix the apples, sugar, cinnamon, raisins, and nuts
4) Spread mixture over the pie crust
5) Fold over the crust and seal the edges by pressing down with a fork
6) Brush the top with remaining melted butter
7) Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
8) After cooled, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
