Loaded Baked Potato Sliders

Ingredients
- Itty bitty potatoes..I found the Green Giant brand of Klondike Gourmet at Walmart. $3.95 for the bag!
- All the toppings;
- Sour Cream (I used fat free)
- Green Onions or Chives
- Shredded Cheddar
- And of course..Bacon (already crisped up)!

Preparation
Step 1
In a large Ziplock bag add the potatoes and a drizzle of olive oil, S&P..rub the potatoes around in the bag until evenly coated!
Bake them on a baking sheet at 400 degrees, for about 45 minutes, until they are golden and tender!
They will shrink a bit in the oven and become even a little smaller…too adorable!
Let them cool slightly, cut a small slit in the top and open them up just enough to fill them up with all the toppings!
I added the shredded cheese first, so it would melt down into the warm potato!
They will be soft and creamy and the crispy salt and pepper skin adds an amazing flavor!
