Step 1
Take a 4 lb boneless park loin roast and cut in half and put in slow cooker. Then top with a mixture of 2/3 c grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 c honey, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp dried basil, 2 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp olive oil and salt and pepper. Then cook for 5.5 to 6 hours or thermometor reads 160 degrees. WE TRIED THIS 11/3/12 AND IT WAS VERY GOOD, HOWEVER I USED A BONE IN AS THAT WAS ALL THE MACHENTHUNES HAD, I COOKED IT FOR 7.5 HOURS AND VERY GOOD, THERE WAS A GRAVY RECEIP WITH IT THAT WAS BLA SO I DID NOT INCLUDE THAT. EVEN BRADY LIKED THIS ONE.
