  • 3 eggs
  • 1 3/4 C Sugar
  • 1 C Oil
  • 2 C Flour
  • 1 t Baking Powder
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1 t Cinnamon
  • 4 Apples
  • 1 C Walnuts (Opt.)

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients together. Dice the apples and add to the mixture. Grease a 9 x 13 pan and pour in to. Bake at 350* for 35-40 minutes.
