Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shrimp, shelled and boiled
  • 4 small cloves garlic
  • 8 Tbs. butter
  • 5 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. whipping cream
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 Tsp. freshly chopped dill

Step 1

Combine first five ingredients with salt and pepper in processor or blender and mix until smooth. Stir in dillweed. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
