- LARGE BOWL AIR POPCORN, 1 STICK BUTTER, 1 CUP LIGHT BROWN SUGAR,1/2 CUP WHITE CORN SYRUP, 1/2 TEASPOON SALT, LARGE BROWN GROCERY BAG.

Step 1
POUR POPPED CORN IN A LARGE BROWN GROCERY BAG. MELT IN A 2 QUART CASSEROLE DISH THE BUTTER (microwave),ADD BROWN SUGAR, 1/2 CUP WHITE CORN SYRUP AND 1/2 TEASPOON SALT. BRING TO BOIL IN MICROWAVE, ABOUT 2 MINUTES. RESET MICROWAVE AND COOK FOR 2 MORE MINUTES, ADD 1/2 TEASPOON BAKING SODA AND STIR (REAL QUICK, IT WILL LOOK FOAMY). POUR THIS MIXTURE OVER THE POPPED CORN IN THE BROWN PAPER BAG. SHAKE WELL AND PUT BACK IN MICROWAVE. SET FOR 1 1/2 MINUTES ON 100% HIGH POWER, TAKE OUT AND SHAKE AGAIN REAL GOOD AND PUT BACK IN MICROWAVE AND SET FOR ANOTHER 1 1/2 MINUTES. SHAKE REALLY GOOD AND POUR OUT ON LARGE COOKIE SHEET AND LET COOL. BREAK APART, IF NEEDED, IF ANY IS LEFT OVER YOU CAN STORE IN A ZIP LOCK BAG OR PLASTIC BOWL TIGHTLY COVERED.
