Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 big onions, diced
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tp sugar
- S & P
Details
Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown pork on all sides.
2. Add onions and cook until soft.
3. Add garlic.
4. Add both liquids, sugar and S&P.
5. Cover pan and simmer 45 minutes.
6. When done, remove meat and add cornstarch to liquid to make gravy.
7. Slice meat, then add back to pan and reheat in gravy.
Delicious served with black beans and rice.
