Baked pork steaks in rice

Ingredients
- 6 (1 ½ lbs) pork steaks
- 2 Tbsp
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 3 ½ chicken bouillon
- ¼ tsp poultry seasoning (beef)
- ½ cup dice green onions

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven 350˚
2. Brown steaks in a Tbsp olive oil, remove from skillet and season with salt and pepper. Remove from skillet
3. In greese brown rice stirring constantly.
4. In casserole combine rice and steaks adding the remaining ingredients
5. Cover and bake for 1 hr or until rice is cooked.
