Ingredients

  • 1 15.5 oz. can Goya chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small red onion, chopped (I use a little bit of onion, very strong)
  • 1 medium cucumber, chopped (I use mini or English cucumber)
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. each garlic powder and oregano
  • salt & pepper to taste
