    eggs

  • 1

    tablespoon cooked chopped bacon

    tablespoons canola mayonnaise

    teaspoons crumbled blue cheese

    teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1/4

    teaspoon pepper

    teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

Steam eggs in a vegetable steamer 16 minutes; cool slightly, and peel. Slice eggs in half lengthwise, and remove yolks; mash yolks. Stir 1 tablespoon cooked chopped bacon, mayonnaise, yogurt, blue cheese, Dijon mustard, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and salt into yolks. Divide among whites; top with 2 teaspoons bacon and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
