Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. hoisin sauce
  • 3 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp.. dark asian sesami oil
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sasuce
  • 1 Tbsp. corn starch
  • 1 bag (16 oz.) shredded slaw mix
  • 1/2 bag (10 oz.) shredded carrots
  • 3/4 lb. boneless pork loin chops
  • 12 flour tortillas
  • Scallions optional

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together hoisen sauce, garlic, seame oil, soy sauce and cornstarch; set aside.

Place coleslaw and carrots in slow cooker. Cut pork into strips then cut in half lengthwise. Sprinkle on cabbage mixture in slow cooker. Drizle with 1/4 C. hoisen sauce mixture. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.

Remove cover and stir in remaining 1/2 cup hoisen sauce mixture.

Heat tortillas according to package. Place 1/2 cup pork mixture in center of tortilla, top with scallions.
