- 2 Boneless Skinless Breasts
- 1 1/2 T Butter Cubed
- 1 Lemon Zest Only
- Salt & Pepper
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Oven at 450F.
Place Breast in Casserole Dish, Dot with Butter, Sprinkle Zest and Season with S & P.
Bake 20 Minutes, at 170F Remove.
Let Rest 15 Minutes Before Serving.
