- 1 gallon apple juice
- 1 gallon apple cider
- 4 C sugar
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1 fifth Everclear

Step 1
In a large pot, heat the first 4 ingredients just enough to dissolve sugar. Let cool.
Add Everclear and pour into bottles
