T's Curry Beef Stew in the Crock Pot

Ingredients
- 3 lbs stew meat
- 2 cups water
- 1 box S&B curry block, mild
- 2 tbsp salt (May seems like a lot but it ain't)
- 4-5 medium potatoes, cut in half
- 1/2 bag baby carrots
- 3 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 can diced stewing tomatoes
- 1 yellow onion, cubed
- 2 tsp cornstarch and 1 1/4 cup water (this is to thicken your soup at the end)

Preparation
Step 1
Add your stew meat, water, entire curry block (break into small pieces), salt, potatoes, carrots, celery, onions and stewing tomatoes all into a 7 quart crock pot and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 6-7 hours.
On the last 10-20 minutes of cooking time, or when your meat is soft you're going to take out 1/3 cup soup and replace it with the cornstarch and water to thicken it up. Turn off heat and let it sit for 5-10 minutes and enjoy
