Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground venison
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) whole tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 green pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup raw long-grain rice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 slices American cheese, cut in pieces

Servings 4
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients except cheese in crock pot. Stir thoroughly to mix ground venison with other ingredients. Place half of cheese pieces on top. Cover and cook on low setting for 8-10 hours.
Before serving, top with remaining cheese.
