Ingredients
- 1 can ( 6 1/2 ounces ) tuna, drained
- 1 can ( 10 3/4 ounces ) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup crushed potato chips

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
1. Gently combine ingredients until mixed. Spoon into a sprayed 1 quart casserole dish . If desired, top with additional crushed potato chips. Bake 30 to 45 minutes or until heated through. Makes 4 servings.
