HEAT 2 TBLSP OIL. PRESS GROUND BEEF INTO DONUT SHAPED PATTIES WITH HOLE IN CENTER. DIP EACH INTO FLOUR AND PLACE IN HOT SKILLET. COOK FOR A FEW MINUTES ON BOTH SIDES TIL BROWN. SCOOT PATTIES TO ONE SIDE AND ADD ONIONS. STIR AND COOK FOR A FEW MINUTES TIL BROWNED. POUR IN 1 C BEE BROTH AND COVER. COOK FOR ABOUT TEN MINUTES. REMOVE PATTIES AND ONION FROM PAN AND ADD FLOUR MIXED WITH WATER TO THICKEN GRAVY
