created this gooey delicious chicken breast entree tonight...its totally me...sweet and messy rolled thick with a mexican spice !

  • mix marinade:
  • boneless chicken breasts
  • bacon
  • maple syrup
  • dijon mustard
  • splash of vinegar
  • salt/ pepper
  • cup of strong black coffee , cold in temp..please
  • coating:
  • brown sugar
  • chili powder


Preparation time 20mins
Cooking time 60mins


Step 1

take healthly portion of boneless chicken breasts and soak in marinating mixture, remove and wrap in bacon, tack w/ toothpic if needed, roll in brown sugar and chili powder ( i spread bsugar on plate and shake a thick covering of chili powder on top...)then i roll the chicken, place on a foil covered cookie sheet at 350 for about 30 to 35 time im going to try it on the grill with mesquite wood...yummmm
