Beef Stir Fry

  • 2 # sirloin steak
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 TBS sherry
  • Fresh very thin green beans
  • Onion
  • Mushrooms
  • Pineapple
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Green pepper
  • 2 TBS cornstarch
  • 1 cup water
  • Cooked rice



Step 1

Partially freeze steak and then slice thin across the grain. Combine soy sauce, sherry and garlic. Marinate the meat for 30 minutes.

Washed and chop all vegetables.

Pour oil around top of preheated wok, coating sides. Allow to heat for 2 minutes. Stir Fry the vegetables, for about 2 minutes.

Remove vegetables and add the steak and the marinade. Stir Fry for 5 minutes. Add the vegetable and the cornstarch that has been mixed with the water. Stir until thickened and vegetables are hot.

Serve over rice
