Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 unbeaten eggs
- 2 cups mashed overripe bananas
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple

Preparation
Step 1
Mix by hand. When all is blended, pour into large Bundt pan. Can also use a large tube pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
