Caramel Corn

  • 8 Quarts of Popped Corn
  • 1 C. Peanuts (optional)
  • 2 C. Brown Sugar
  • 1 C. Butter
  • 1/2 C. White Corn Syrup
  • 1 t. Salt
  • 1 t. Vanilla
  • 1/2 t. Soda



Step 1

1. Place Popped Corn on greased Cookie Sheet.

2. Mix the next 5 ingredients in a small pan and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from stove and add Vanilla and Soda.

3. Pour the mixture over the Popped Corn then place in a 250 degree oven for one hour, stirring occasionally.

4. Cool, separate the larger clumps and store in a plastic bag.
