Tossed Spinach Salad

Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 pkg (10 oz) fresh spinach torn
- 1 pkg fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 pkg sliced bacon (or turkey bacon) cooked and crumbled.
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 3 scallions, sliced
- (* I also use marinated mushrooms too, just a few)
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- (* Balsamic Dressing is mostly what I use, less fuss.)

Step 1
In a large Salad bowl, combine the first six (or seven) ingredients. Then make the dressing and shake until the sugar is dissolved. Drizzle over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
