Ingredients

    HEADS Frisee (torn) about 8 cups

  • 2

    red Bartlett pears

  • ¼

    c pomegranate seeds

  • 4

    oz. Pecorino or Manchego cheese, shaved

  • 2

    T Dijon mustard

  • ¼

    t ground salt

  • ¼

    t ground black pepper

  • c extra virgin olive oil

  • 2

    T Sherry or Red Wine vinegar

Directions

In a large bowl, combine lettuce, pears, pomegranate seeds, and cheese In smaller bowl, whisk the vinegar, mustard,salt, pepper. While whisking, gradually add the oil and toss with salad
