    yellow cake mix

  • 2

    small boxes vanilla pudding ( I used sugar- free)

  • Milk

  • Coconut

  • 7

    minute icing

  • 1

    cup white sugar

  • 1/3

    cup water

  • 1/4

    teaspoon cream of tarter

  • 2

    egg whites

  • 1

    teaspoon vanilla

Directions

In 2 round cake pans, bake cakes as directed on package When cool, cut each cake in half. Make pudding but use a little less milk then is called for. On each layer put a pudding layer (except on layer you ice) For seven minute icing 1. In a saucepan mix water, cream of tarter and sugar. Cook over medium heat, until sugar is dissolved and mixture is bubbly usually takes 5-7 minutes. Like making simple syrup. 2. Whip up egg whites and vanilla to soft peaks, gradually add hot mixture while whipping constantly until stiff and shiny peaks form 7-10 minutes. Frost cool cakes and sprinkle with coconut. Make sure to put cake fridge.
